返品・交換について

ひとつひとつ丁寧に検品・梱包しておりますが、万が一、商品に不良・破損・誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にメールにてご連絡ください。

一点ものや数量限定の商品が多いため、同一商品のご用意ができない場合がございます。

その際は、同等品との交換、または返金にて対応させていただきます。

恐れ入りますが、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

Although every piece is carefully inspected and packed before it leaves us, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

As many of our pieces are one of a kind or produced in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be available. In that case, we'll gladly offer either a comparable replacement or a full refund.

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
